A starting price is what a standard property costs. Most homes in the area are standard.
Three things can push a job above the starting price. A lot that is much larger than average. A surface that has been left a long time and needs two passes. A job that needs equipment we do not normally bring.
If any of those apply, we tell you the new price before we start. You decide at that point. We never adjust the number after the work is done.

Payment always comes after the work. There are no deposits and no invoices in advance.
If the work is not right, tell us within two days. We come back and fix it at no extra cost. That is the whole guarantee. There is no form to fill in and no argument about it.
